What we can help with

Questions about how the sites work — which are open on the day you are in Rome, which need booking, which take a pass, which are guided-only. Corrections to anything on this site. Notes on a tour you took that did not match its listing.

A price, opening time or closing day that has changed
A tour that no longer runs, or now enters a different site
Anything on this site that reads as wrong or unclear

What we cannot help with

We are not a tour operator and hold no bookings. If you have booked a tour, your confirmation email is from the platform or the operator, and only they can change, cancel or refund it — we have no access to your reservation and no authority to act on it.

The same goes for the sites themselves. The Vatican Necropolis is booked only through the Ufficio Scavi of the Fabbrica di San Pietro; Domus Aurea slots come from CoopCulture; San Clemente's excavation tickets come from the basilica's own booking page. We can tell you where to go. We cannot get you in.
